Chicken scratch translation:

Step 3: Hypothesize
Alfred: That's it! Perhaps if I dress up like an Indian and dump his tea off his boat, he'll get fed up with me and leave altogether! I'M AWESOME!

*various stereotypical Indian noises I made up, along with splashing noises* (note: not meant to offend people, actually only calling the Native Americans Indians because at the time that's what they were known as. These were the noises the colonists made, I would imagine, being rebellious and all)

Step 5: Record/Analyze results
Arthur/England: *curses* *seethe* *fume*

Step 6: Conclusion
Alfred: Victory!
